Note from Alanda Craft: Megan’s kindergarten gift bags look great. Don’t you just love the Christmas Kookaburras? I think they are really cute. This is such a nice way to give gifts to teachers and children.  Thank you for sharing your photos with us Megan you were certainly kept busy making 27 gift bags.  These drawstring gift bags can be made for any special occasion and can be tailored to suit the recipient.  If you would like to make your own gift bags, just follow our tutorial

Megan Says:
I used your tutorial to make 27 small bags for my daughter’s kinder class and then increased the dimensions to make 8 more bags for kinder teachers/helpers (have two spares!)
I did overlock the seams inside and also stitched down the SA around the ribbon hole.
