Brother Canvas Workspace tutorial, Folding Gift TagThose of you who have been watching our ScanNCut videos for a while now will know that we have already recorded a video for this Folding Gift Tag. However, Brother has since introduced the new PC based software version of Canvas Workspace, so we felt another video was needed for all of you who are using the new software.

This is a really neat folding tag and once you have designed it, you can save the cutting file and use it again and again for all sorts of occasions. They really dress up your gifts. And you can personalize them so that they are unique to the person receiving them.

You can also add them to your scrapbooking projects and art journals for added interest on your page.

What an excellent video. It used lots of the tools available in the new canvas. I wished that I was able to view it full screen. For some reason, I could not.
Thanks for making this so clear. Looking forward to trying it, if I can remember everything.

I can’t figure out why it isn’t working full screen either but if you click on the title at the top of the video screen it will take you to YouTube and you will be able to watch full screen there.

OMG I have had my scan and cut for about 3 years, I lost interest as I was having a few problems and basically gave up. Just watched how easy it was to make those tags, I think I will be watching more of your videos. I’m a quilter and love appliqué which is what I purchased my machine for, I kept having problems with the fabric not being cut right through, operator error I’m sure! Good job I made a bag to keep it in so it’s not thick with dust??
Thanks for reigniting my interest in my machine.

Glad we could help Kay. In regards to the fabric not cutting through, this is oftentimes a blade issue. Try using a new blade and giving it another go.
