Brother Scan n Cut: How to Create Your own Stickers

By Alanda / February 16, 2015

We all know how expensive it can be to buy new stickers every time you have a new scrapbooking, art journal or card to make.

With your Brother Scan n Cut you can create endless stickers that you design specifically for your craft project.

In this video we show you just how easy it is to do.  We have used a page of images from our Alanda Craft Premier Graphics Site and we are really happy with the results. Simply print out the images that you want onto adhesive label paper, scan the page through your Scan n Cut and cut out the image/s.

Sometimes when you create an image the Brother Scan n Cut may not recognise it. We found that adding a border to the image helps the machine to recognise it.

Just think how much money this is going to save you. Do you love your Brother Scan n Cut? We certainly love ours.

And if you have trouble finding graphics for your projects why not check out our membership site Alanda Craft Premier Graphics where you will find thousands of great graphics and images.

Hi enjoyed your video. Can you tell me the pressure and cut settings you used to make the.stickers thanks.

    • Alanda says:

Hi Kay, both the pressure and cut settings were left at the default settings in the machine. We recommend that you always do a test cut before starting.

  • Leanne says:

    Hi Alanda,
If you lower your blade depth the machine will only cut through the sticker layer and not the backing (it’s called a kiss cut) resulting in stickers similar to those bought and easier to peel 😊
